To save a expense receipt and add details later:

  1. Go to 'Expenses' on the menu bar.
  2. Click the 'Add Expense icon (+) ' on the upper right hand side of the screen.
  3. Select 'Add new receipt' from the options.
  4. You can upload an image of the receipt by clicking an image or select an image from the gallery.
  5. Click 'Save'.


Please Note:

  • You will find the expense under Expense history. You can return to add expense details at a later time and attach it to a report for approval.
  • Kite System supports JPEG / PNG format files.
