To save a expense receipt and add details later:
- Go to 'Expenses' on the menu bar.
- Click the 'Add Expense icon (+) ' on the upper right hand side of the screen.
- Select 'Add new receipt' from the options.
- You can upload an image of the receipt by clicking an image or select an image from the gallery.
- Click 'Save'.
Please Note:
- You will find the expense under Expense history. You can return to add expense details at a later time and attach it to a report for approval.
- Kite System supports JPEG / PNG format files.
