If you find any issue with an expense like violation or missing receipts, 
You can flag a single expense.

To Flag an expense:

  1. Click the 'Reports' icon on the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the report with the desired expense.
  3. Select the desired expense.
  4. Flag the expense by selecting 'Flag Expense'.
  5. Provide a reason and Click 'Save' to confirm.

Flagged expenses are editable by standard employees
