Reporting Managers can change details of expenses like category and description.

To change expense details:

  1. Click the 'Reports' icon on the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the report with the desired expense.
  3. Select the desired expense.
  4. Select the required field.
  5. Click 'Save' to confirm.


Please Note:

  • Amount, reimbursement status and merchant name are not editable. Please flag an expense if there is a problem in these fields.
  • Only Submitted reports expenses are editable
