I am unable to make an expense after activation of my Kite Tab expense card. What should I do?

Please ensure that you enter the correct PIN for your Kite Tab expense card at physical merchant outlets and the correct OTP for online transactions.
Also, kindly check if your card has sufficient balance to make an expense.
