A policy violation happens when you record an expense that violates your company's expense policies.
A policy violation could be due to the following causes:
1. Exceeding the maximum expense amount limit that has been set by your finance team.
2. Not submitting an expense receipt where it is mandatory (above the amount limit set by your finance team).
3. Not providing an expense description where it is mandatory (above the amount limit set by your finance team).
