To add a new employee,
- Click the 'Employees' icon on the left navigation bar.
- Tap on 'Add New Employee'.
- Enter the employee details and select an employee role from the drop-down menu.
- Assign a reporting manager if applicable.
- Assign an employee grade in accordance with your company grades from the drop down menu. For example, Grade A employees in your company can be assigned as Grade 1 on Kite Tab.
- Click submit.
