A new employee did not receive their temporary password. What should I do?

If a newly added employee does not receive their temporary password within 10 minutes, please verify the employee's email ID. This may happen if the employee email ID is entered incorrectly.
To do this, please go to:
1. The 'Manage Employee' icon on the left navigation bar
2. Select the employee's account
3. Check employee email ID and make the necessary changes.
4. Click 'Save' to confirm
