Employees must activate their physical card on the mobile app.

Employees will receive a confirmation via email upon successful activation of the card. They may have to wait for upto 15 minutes for the activation process to be completed.

Employees will receive the PIN within 10 minutes of activation.


You will be able to use your physical card:

  1. To perform online expenses as soon as your card is active.
  2. At POS/ATMs upon receiving your PIN.
