Yes, you will receive an email containing the report of the bulk upload status after the process is complete. This email will contain details of any of the employee names failed to upload,
Here is a list of reasons that could prevent an employee's name from being added via bulk upload:
- The CSV file is missing information (Please refer the template CSV file for the accepted format).
- Incorrect email ID format.
- Duplication of email ID i.e., the email ID is already assigned to an existing employee on Kite Tab.
- Duplication of mobile number i.e., the mobile number is already assigned to an existing employee on Kite Tab.
- Unstable internet connection.
