Yes, you will receive an email containing the report of the bulk upload status after the process is complete. This email will contain details of unsuccessful money transfers,
Here is a list of reasons that could prevent an successful money transfers done via bulk money upload:
- The CSV file is missing information (Please refer the template CSV file for the accepted format).
- Incorrect email ID format.
- Duplication of email ID i.e., the email ID is already assigned to an existing employee on Kite Tab.
- Duplication of mobile number i.e., the mobile number is already assigned to an existing employee on Kite Tab.
- Unstable internet connection.
