Here is a list of reasons that could prevent an successful money transfers done via bulk money upload:

  1. The CSV file is missing information (Please refer the template CSV file for the accepted format).
  2. Incorrect email ID format.
  3. Duplication of email ID i.e., the email ID is already assigned to an existing employee on Kite Tab.
  4. Duplication of mobile number i.e., the mobile number is already assigned to an existing employee on Kite Tab.
  5. Unstable internet connection.
