If you find any issue with an expense like violation or missing receipts, 
You can flag a single expense.

To flag an expense:

  1. Click the 'Reports' icon on the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the report with the desired expense.
  3. Select the desired expense.
  4. Click on 'Flag Expense'.
  5. Provide a reason and Click 'Save' to confirm.


Please note :

  • For employees with Reporting Manager, you will be able to flag an expense after the reporting manager verifies the report.
  • For employees without Reporting Manager, you will be able to flag an expense after the employee submits a report.
  • Flagged expenses are editable by standard employees.
