If you require more information you can flag a single expense.
To flag an expense:
- Click the 'Reports' icon on the left navigation bar.
- Select the report with the desired expense.
- Select the desired expense.
- Click on 'Flag Expense'.
- Provide a reason and Click 'Save' to confirm.
Please note:
- For employees with Reporting Manager, you will be able to flag an expense after the reporting manager verifies the report.
- For employees without Reporting Manager, you will be able to flag an expense after the employee submits a report.
- Flagged expenses are editable by standard employees.
